How does the plan generator work?

This tool combines multiple scientific formulas in one step. Your calorie needs are calculated using the Mifflin-St Jeor formula, adjusted for your goal. Your macros are distributed based on your protein needs per kilogram of body weight, with sufficient fat and the remainder in carbohydrates.

The training schedule is chosen based on your available days and experience. Steev works out the full plan with exercises, sets, reps and progression - tailored to your goal and level.
