Execution (step by step)

Get into push-up position, hands under your chest in a triangle shape -- thumbs and index fingers touch each other.

Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels, core and glutes engaged.

Lower your chest toward your hands while elbows point backward and outward.

The narrow hand position shifts the emphasis strongly to the triceps.

Push up powerfully and fully extend the elbows at the top.

If this is too heavy: do the movement on your knees or with hands elevated on a bench.
