Execution (step by step)

Set the cable station to high position, stand sideways next to it.

Grab the handle with both hands extended in front of your chest.

Pull the cable diagonally down and across your opposite hip in a chopping motion.

The rotation comes from the torso -- hips follow, but legs remain stable.

Control the return movement slowly -- the eccentric phase is equally valuable.
6
Keep your arms largely extended throughout the movement for maximum rotation arc.
