What does this mean?

Body type is a starting point, not a limit. Training, nutrition and consistency determine your results more than your body type.

How does the test work?

Your wrist circumference is a reliable indicator of your frame size because there is hardly any fat or muscle around your wrist. The bone joint determines the circumference, and that is largely genetic.

A larger frame means that your bone structure can carry more muscle mass. But it doesn't mean you automatically have more muscle - it determines your potential, not your current state. Someone with a small frame who trains consistently will always have more muscle mass than someone with a large frame who doesn't train.
